Short-term goal or vision for land: We are in the process of building a yurt which will be used to teach Qigong, Meditations, Healings and other workshops around healing, art and creativity. While this is my main focus, I am looking for someone to take over the organic market garden side of the property.

Current residents living on property: Nicole (daughter of property owners) and her daughter Kalia (13yrs old) live on the land in the main house.
Edith and Ron (property owners) come to the land once or twice a week to help out around the place but don't live there anymore.

Would you be willing to mentor or advise the entering farmer(s)?: Not really.
Our family have run the gardens by tuning into nature's intelligence, and co-creating with nature. We are happy to advise this way of gardening, which is not common practice of commercial market gardening.
Do you require references from the land seeker(s)?: No
Agreement duration: 1 yr to begin with, hoping for longer term.
