Kia ora, we're Jonathan and Tae. We're a couple of young, but experienced, market gardeners looking for land to start or take over a market garden on. We'll need access to good water, space for a small nursery, greenhouse and wash station.

Preferred Arrangement : Lease or partnership, but open to anything

Need Farm Building? : Area to build/convert wash station, chiller
Need Fenced Land?: Preferred
Need Farm Machinery and Tools?: no but would be happy if there are tools available
Need Established Water Source and Infrastructure?: need the ability to be able to access water
Need On-site Housing?: no. but would be good
Soil Needs: prefer not to have compacted land. prefer not clay
Duration of Desired Agreement: 3+ years
Ideal date to Obtain Land by: Feb/March onwards

Land Use Practices: Organic, no till, ecological/regenerative farming
Land Size (acres): 1/3 acre +
Cultivable Area (acres): 1/3 acre
Preferred current state of the surface of the cultivable area: pasture or garden as long as its been organically managed
